At Arizona Apartment Investor we are committed to bringing quality service to the first time and long time investors in the Greater Phoenix real estate market. We service the Greater Phoenix multifamily market, including areas of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Glendale and the surrounding cities.

We have purchased Phoenix multifamily properties for long term cash flow, for speculation, for the purpose of redevelopment and for fix and flips as well. These have ranged from duplexes to larger properties, from the historic to the new. I believe this gives us additional experience that we are more then welcome to share with our clients and readers.
We offer a range of professional services for residential and commercial multifamily properties with counsel for buyers and sellers plus management consulting.
We’re in the income property market on a daily basis, driving the rental areas, doing rental surveys and managing transactions. We see what is happening, the good and the bad.
